Project Details:
The Fall Creek Pavilion project in Indianapolis, IN, is a testament to innovative design and community impact. The Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion, located at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, is a state-of-the-art, multi-use facility that underwent an extensive 18-month, $50 million renovation.
Originally built in 1923 as a swine barn, the pavilion has been transformed into a versatile space that will host a variety of events, from livestock shows to indoor track and field competitions. One of the standout features is the impressive 196,000 square feet of space, including a 120,000 square foot show floor and a 14,000 square foot north lobby. The facility boasts a 212-foot clear-span space in the center with a 25-foot ceiling height.
The pavilion is set to host significant events such as the 2025 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships and the 2024 and 2025 National Swine Registry.
